Returning an item and obtaining a refund

To ensure your return is processed promptly, please include the following information. Kindly attach these details securely to the outside of the parcel and do not write directly on the packaging:


  1. Your Full Name
  2. Your address
  3. Your order number
  4. If the item is Faulty, please provide pictures and a description of the issue


Please note that we are unable to process returns without the above information. Incomplete returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee. 


Once the goods have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, less any postage costs incurred.


Provided the items are unused, complete, and do not require repacking or replacement of missing components, no restocking fee will be applied.


PLEASE NOTE: Once a return has been accepted, you will have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Any returns that fall outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted unless authorised by us in advance!
