To ensure your return is processed promptly, please include the following information inside of the parcel(s) and do not write directly on the packaging. On the shipping label please include your order reference number in the address as shown above:

We kindly ask that all items are securely packed using their original packaging. Make sure the parcel is properly sealed using parcel tape or clear adhesive tape to prevent any damage during transit. Please do not use Masking tape or gaffer tape, as these can damage the box and may result in a restocking fee:

Please note that we are unable to process returns without the above information. Incomplete returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee. 

Provided the items are unused, complete, and do not require repacking or replacement of missing components, no restocking fee will be applied.

Once the goods have been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, less any postage costs incurred/any restocking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a return has been accepted, you will have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Any returns that fall outside of the 14-day period will not be accepted unless authorised by us in advance!
