Returning an item and obtaining a refund

We are really sorry you wish to return your item, but understand that this is sometimes required.

Please enclose all your details including: (Please stick the details onto the outside of the packaging and do not write directly onto the packaging)

Your address
Copy of the invoice (if you have one)
Your order number
Reason for Return: (please provide as much details as possible)
If the item is Faulty please provide pictures and a description of the issue

Please ensure all the information above is supplied, without this we are unable to process the return and will charge a 20% handling fee.

Once the goods have been received back we will issue you a full refund less any postage costs we have incurred.

As long as the goods are unused and do not need to be repacked or are missing any components then you will NOT be liable to a restocking fee.
